These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 0spike website (the "Site"). The Site is operated by A1C PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore ("0spike", "A1C", "we", "us"). 0spike products are made in Malaysia by A1C SDN. BHD. [202501051906 (1653313-T)], of A-3-3, Plaza Bukit Jalil (Aurora Place), No.1, Persiaran Jalil 1, Bandar Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and distributed in Indonesia by PT Metabolik Sehat Indonesia (together with A1C PTE. LTD., the "A1C group"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About 0spike

0spike is a plant-based sweetener made from allulose by A1C. The founding-batch pre-order is open through our online store, and the Site lets you learn about 0spike and start a pre-order. Our launch markets are Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, and we ship internationally. Purchases in Malaysia are sold by A1C Sdn. Bhd.; purchases in Indonesia are sold or fulfilled by PT Metabolik Sehat Indonesia.

2. Pre-orders

Pricing shown on the Site is indicative, may vary by region and currency, and the price you pay is the one shown at checkout in our online store. Pre-orders placed through our online store are subject to the store's terms of sale and our Refund Policy. Founding-member benefits apply only while the founding-batch pre-order is open and may change or end without notice for future batches. We will contact you about production progress and delivery using the details you give at checkout (primarily WhatsApp and email).

3. Affiliate programme

We run an affiliate programme that lets approved partners earn a commission for referring customers to our online store. Joining is free, but applying does not guarantee acceptance: we review every application, and we may decline one or remove an affiliate later at our discretion.

Commission and attribution. Approved affiliates earn Rp75.000 for each box bought through their referral link. Referrals are credited on a last-click basis within 30 days of the customer's most recent click on that affiliate's link. Where a customer has clicked more than one affiliate's link, the most recent one is credited.

When and how we pay. Commission is earned only on orders that are paid for and kept. We pay by bank transfer twice a month, on the 15th and the 30th, or on the last day of the month where a month is shorter. Commission approved on or before the 5th is paid on the 15th, and commission approved on or before the 20th is paid on the 30th. Anything approved after a cut-off rolls into the following payout. You are responsible for entering accurate bank details in the affiliate portal and for any tax you owe on what you earn.

Cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, including under our Refund Policy, the commission on it is reversed. Our Refund Policy runs to 28 days after delivery, which is longer than the payout cycle, so a refund can happen after we have already paid you. Where that occurs, we deduct the reversed amount from your next payout, and if no further payout is due we may ask you to repay it.

What affiliates must not do. You must not order through your own referral link or code; bid on our brand names in paid search, or run advertising that presents itself as coming from us; post your code to coupon, deal, or cashback sites without our written permission; send unsolicited bulk messages; or state or imply that 0spike diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. 0spike is a food, not a medicine. Affiliates must not make medical claims about it, and must not present themselves as employees or agents of A1C.

Ending the relationship. You may leave the programme at any time. We may suspend or close the programme, change commission rates, or change these terms, and we may withhold or reverse commission we reasonably believe arises from fraud, self-referral, or a breach of these Terms. Taking part in the programme does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship with A1C.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to pre-order or use the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Site, submit false or someone else's contact details, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its systems. We may suspend, restrict, or withdraw access to the Site at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, logos, and the 0spike and A1C names and marks, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

7. Health information disclaimer

0spike is a food product. Information on the Site is for general education only and is not medical, nutritional, or health advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about allulose describe how it behaves in research settings; individual results vary. If you are managing a medical condition (including diabetes), are pregnant, or are breastfeeding, consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (for example A1C, YouTube, and social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok). We provide those links for convenience and do not control or endorse those sites. We are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Material changes take effect when we post the updated Terms on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of Singapore. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to resolve any such dispute.
